% 28.11.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25th May, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.4815/2016, whereby the Court directed the respondent no.1- Director of Education to decide petitioner's complaint dated 28th March, 2016 as expeditiously as possible after giving an opportunity of hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid order has not been complied with till date.

Since no time frame was stipulated in the order dated 25th May, 2016, this Court disposes of the present contempt petition with a direction to the respondent-Director of Education to decide the petitioner's representation dated 28th March, 2016 within a period of eight week from today.

With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
