% 21.07.2017 The petitioner had applied to respondent No. 1 for permission to start a homeopathy college. The necessary documents had been submitted by the petitioner. The institute of the petitioner was inspected on 08.07.2016. It was again inspected on 28.07.2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that his application was for approval for the year 2016-17; that period has now elapsed. His only submission today is that his application be considered for the following academic session which is the year 2017-18. Counsel for the petitioner points out that respondent No. 2 had in fact recommended his case to respondent No. 1 but respondent No. 1 has refused his permission.

Accordingly, the respondents will process the pending

application of the petitioner for the following academic session 201718 in accordance with law within an outer limit of 8 weeks. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
