This is an application moved on behalf of the appellant/complainant praying for issuance of directions to DCP/SHO concerned to arrest respondent No.3 Deepika Bagga and put her in jail to undergo the sentence in terms of order dated 04.08.2015 passed by this Court. 2.

Heard.

Since vide order dated 04.08.2015 this Court has already disposed of the appeal, the LCR alongwith copy of the order dated 04.08.2015, if not already sent, be sent to the concerned Court for compliance. The appellant/complainant is at liberty to approach the concerned Court against respondent No.3 Deepika Bagga who has allegedly not deposited the amount in terms of order dated 04.08.2015 and has also not filed any appeal challenging her conviction and sentence awarded by this Court. 4.

Application stands disposed of in above terms. 5.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
