% 21.11.2024 EX. APPL.(OS) 1858/2024 (filed on behalf of DH seeking directions to release the bank guarantee) 1.

This is an application on behalf of the decree holder seeking release of the bank guarantee submitted by the decree holder, pursuant to the directions contained in order dated 01.05.2019.

It is averred in the present application that the Section 34 proceedings have been concluded and there is no impediment in release of the said bank guarantee to the decree holder. The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed; the Bank Guarantee No.INBG07920000024 is directed to be released to the decree holder. 4.

The decree holder is also released from the undertaking given pursuant to the order dated 01.05.2019.

The application stands disposed of.
