As per the application the parties have compromised the matter in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.4.2017. The said MOU of settlement is taken on record.

Application is allowed.

Petitioner, who is present in court in person, and learned counsel appearing for the respondents on behalf of the respondents undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the MOU.
