O.M.P. (COMM) 15/2017 & I.A. Nos. 518/2017, 520/2017, 521/2017, 6463/2017 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have agreed to settle the dispute, whereby the respondent has agreed to
accept a sum of ₹44,50,647/- as awarded against Claim No.1 in full and final settlement of the dispute provided that the same is paid within a period of one month from today.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that if the said condition is not met, the respondent would be at liberty to enforce the arbitral award.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is agreeable to pay the amount of ₹44,50,647/- as agreed between the parties and the petition may be disposed of in the above terms. 6.
In view of the above settlement, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition except to direct that if a sum of ₹44,50,647/- is paid by the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the arbitral award would be discharged.

The petition and the pending applications stand disposed of. 8.
