The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.319/2014 registered under Sections 354/376 IPC at PS Sarai Rohilla. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 21.11.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The petitioner is the 'Nandoi' of the complainant. In her complaint, she levelled allegations of molestation against her father-in-law Yadram and of sexual assault upon the petitioner. Status report reveals that complainant's father-in-law has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. The BAIL APPLN. 2368/2016

petitioner has placed on record annexure 'P-4' W.P.(Crl.) 3136/2016 filed for quashing of the FIR on the basis of settlement. The complainant had appeared before the Court in the said proceedings. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
