% 21.11.2016 Petitioner (accused) and respondent no.2. (complainant) has settled their disputes. Entire settled amount has been paid by petitioner to respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, settled amount having been paid, in the interest of justice, FIR No.0091/2016 under Sections 135/138/150 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend), 2003 registered at police station Vasant Kunj and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
