% 05.12.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 482/2015 under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC registered at PS Khyala, Delhi. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has been in custody now for more than three years and only eight witnesses of the prosecution has been examined, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
