1. It is clear from the first order passed by this Court in the present petition on 21st November, 2016 that the sanction for automatic re-employment in terms of earlier resolution dated 24th March, 2008 was only for teachers who have attained the age of 62 years. The Petitioner described herself in memo of parties as being around 60 years at the time of filing the present petition.

2. Today, the Petitioner herself admits that she is nearly 65 years old. The question of her, therefore, getting re-employed in terms of aforementioned resolution no longer arises.

3. In that view of the matter no relief can be granted to the Petitioner. The petition is dismissed.
