O R D E R

% 28.02.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 5 are known to each other. A quarrel took place between the petitioners on the one hand and respondent nos. 2 to 5 on the other, which had led to the registration of present FIR no. 202/2015 under Sections 323/324/308/34 IPC at Police Station Ranjit Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no. 3. It is further submitted that, on the complaint of petitioner no.1, a cross FIR No.201/2015 under Sections 323/324/308/34 IPC was also registered at Police Station

Ranjit Nagar against the respondent nos. 2 to 5. With the intervention of their common friends, petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 5 have settled their disputes involved in both the FIRs. Cross FIR has been quashed in a separate writ petition, today itself.

Respondent nos. 2 to 5 are present in Court and admit having settled the matter with the petitioners. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without undue pressure, force or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 to 5 further submit that present FIR may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the facts as narrated above, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 202/2015 under Sections 323/324/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Ranjit Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
