This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order (dated 2nd June, 2016 of the Court of Additional District Judge (ADJ)-02 (South East), Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS No.113/2014 filed by the respondent/plaintiff against the petitioner/defendant), of dismissal of an application filed by the petitioner/defendant under Section 22(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act (SICA), 1985. 2.

Notice of the petition was issued.

The counsel for the respondent appears.

The counsel for the petitioner/defendant states that now that vide Notification dated 25th November, 2016 SICA has been repealed, this petition has become infructuous.

The petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.
