% 17.05.2017 Counsel for the respondent has produced before us order dated 24.04.2017 by which Railway quarter, Type-III has been allotted to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner also has some grievance with regard to payment of house rent allowance. The petitioner has made an application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for the said purpose. We clarify that it is open to the petitioner to make a representation regarding house rent allowance and in case of any adverse order or non-grant, take recourse to legal remedy as per law. The writ petition as well as applications are disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
