% 01.12.2017 There are two matters pending between the parties, one execution proceedings taken out by the respondent herein against the petitioner, arising out of decree obtained by him in Suit No. 527/14 pending on the file of Additional District Judge, North, Rohini and, the other, civil suit instituted by the petitioner against the opposite party pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, North-West, Rohini.

Since the nature of both the proceedings is distinct, there would be no occasion at this stage for them to be clubbed. The petition is dismissed.
