% 07.03.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of furlough of three weeks to the petitioner.

After some hearing learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition after making good conduct of the present petitioner for his entitlement for the furlough.
