By the present application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.12.2016 as modified by this court on 17.03.2017. 2.

Status report has not been filed.

By order dated 15.12.2016, the petitioner was ordered to be released on Parole for a period of one month on his furnishing his personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. 4.

Thereafter, the petitioner had filed an application, being Crl.M.A. 4530/2017, and this court had modified the order dated 15.12.2016 and ordered that the petitioner be released on Parole on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the number of the sureties may be reduced to one or the amount of surety may be reduced.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 15.12.2016 as modified on 17.03.2017 is further modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish his personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. All other terms and conditions as laid down in order dated 15.12.2016 shall remain the same. 7.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
