W.P.(CRL) 3345/2016 Petitioner seeks custody parole on the ground that he has to appear in LLB, 3rd Year examination at Jagdamba Law College, Agra. It is submitted that examination is commencing in the first week of December, however date sheet has not yet been received. It is submitted that date sheet is received at the eleventh hour. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that it has been verified that petitioner is enrolled as a student in Jagdamba

Law College, Agra. It has further been verified that examinations are going to start in the first week of December.

Address of petitioner has been verified.

Accordingly, present petition is allowed and custodial parole is granted to petitioner.

Superintendent Jail is directed to send the petitioner in custody, to the examination centre on all the dates of examination including viva-voce test.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to Superintendent Jail for compliance.
