% 18.09.2017 The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by the competent authority which had directed the release of the petitioner on parole on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount.

However, later, the competent authority by order dated 04.08.2017 has already modified the order and has ordered the release of the petitioner on his furnishing personal bond and/or on depositing cash security of Rs.4,000/- in lieu of one surety.

As such, this petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
