% 15.11.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that interest @ 6% Simple Interest shall be paid w.e.f. 1.1.2014. Necessary payment be made within four months from today. In case there is default liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law including revival of the present petition. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of.
