% 07.12.2016 Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw her vakalatnama as another counsel has been appointed. Accordingly, Ms. Minal Sehgal, Advocate is discharged from appearing in the matter.

Mr. Joseph has entered appearance. He submits that he is not ready with the matter. We may notice that on 21.11.2016 when the matter had come for hearing, when we were inclined to dismiss the matter, Mr.Saini sought an adjournment. On 28.11.2016, Mr.Saini was stated to be indisposed and the counsel appearing for the petitioner assured the Court that she would not take further adjournment in the matter on any ground. Today, the counsel submits that he has just received the file. We are not inclined to adjourn the matter. The petition is accordingly dismissed with leave to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
