% 28.01.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 18.12.2015 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and, therefore, I see no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of para 30(i) & (ii) of the plaint. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees. VIPIN SANGHI, J JANUARY 28, 2016 sr
