Learned proxy counsel for learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner was earlier granted parole in the year 2016 when he furnished a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/-.

Detailed status report be filed before the next date. List on 19th July, 2018 when the Superintendent, Tihar Jail will produce petitioner in Court.
