1. The prayer in the present petition reads as under:- "a. writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, thereby quashing the Award No. 03/201011/DC(NW) dated 01/07/2011, Notification no.

F.l l(38)/200../L&B/L/14947 u/s 6 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 dated 19/02/2010 and in consequence thereof quashing Notification No. F.l 1(38)/2005/L&B/LA/l0998, dated 25/11/2009 under section 4 of the said act;

b. writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, thereby directing the Respondents to denotify the lands of the Petitioners mentioned in Annexure P-1 of the Writ Petition;"

2. Counsel for the Petitioner is not pressing for any of the above prayers at this juncture. She only is seeking that the directions already issued by this

Court in its order dated 27th February, 2013 in WP(C) No. 6441/2011 should be complied with by the Respondents.

3. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies pursuant to the above order of this Court in WP(C) No. 6441/2011.
