% 25.11.2016 Petitioner is also facing trial in three cases at Jalandhar Court. Trial is also pending in Delhi in respect of NDPS case. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that petitioner is being taken to the concerned court at Jalandhar on the dates of trial. I do not find any justification to order permanent shifting of the petitioner from Delhi Jail to Jalandhar Jail merely because he is also facing trial there. Petition is dismissed.
