% 05.02.2016 The petitioner filed the abovementioned objection petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The amount claimed in the Awards under challenge is less than Rs.1 crore in the respective petitions.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge, New Delhi (Patiala

House) Patiala House Courts. New Delhi.

Parties requests that all the petitions may be taken up by the same Court. Ordered accordingly. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 29th March, 2016. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
