% 10.01.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that the petitioners have been trying to get the finger prints verified, but have not been successful for the reason they have not been able to ascertain a forensic laboratory or an expert, who can conduct the said verification exercise. We find it rather strange that the petitioner i.e. Staff Selection Commission is unable to find an expert, who can undertake the said verification exercise.

Nevertheless, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the present

writ petition and point out the difficulty to the Tribunal. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
