% 06.04.2018 CM APPL. 12836/2018 in RFA 159/2017 This is an application filed by the Respondent seeking a direction that the Appellant should be made to withdraw the present appeal as there has been a settlement between the parties. Appellants No.1 and 3 as also Respondent are present. All the parties submit that there has been a settlement in this matter. As per the settlement, a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- was to be paid by the Respondent to the Appellants. Out of the said amount, Rs.4,50,000/- has already been paid and the remaining sum of Rs.2,00,000/- is being handed over today to Appellants No.1 and 3. It is submitted that they are authorised to appear before this court on behalf of Appellant No.2. The appeal is withdrawn as settled.
