% 20.12.2016 Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned CGSC appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 states that the counter-affidavit need not be filed as the meeting of the Affiliation Committee was held on 15th December, 2016 wherein it has been decided to grant affiliation to the College / Institution for the next academic session. He also states that communication in that regard shall be sent within one week. The said statement is taken on record. In view of the statement made by Mr. Ravi Prakash, Adv., learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
