The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.45/2008 registered under Sections 306/34 IPC at PS Narela. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2016. The FIR pertains to the year 2008.

The deceased in the suicide note implicated his wife Nisha and her family members for forcing him to commit suicide.

The marriage of the victim with Nisha had taken place on 22.02.2006. The occurrence took place on 24.10.2007. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum BAIL APPLN. 2417/2016

of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
