% 28.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.229/2018 under Section 420/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh. The above-noted FIR was registered on the complaint of one Subhash Khanna, who alleged that he used to supply oil to the petitioner. The petitioner, however, failed to make the payment. On assurance, the petitioner gave three cheques to one Satyadeep Chopra, a common acquaintance. The three cheques were found to be issued to some other account holder. Thus, the cheques issued did not belong to the petitioner's account.

Considering the nature of evidence against the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, particularly, for the fact that the other accused is also required to be traced. BAIL APPLN. 2185/2018

The petition is dismissed.
