O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 In the Pre Sitting of Lok Adalat after certain negotiations, both the parties had agreed to settle the matter for a total sum of Rs.1,60,000/- over and above the award - payable by the insurance company to the claimant, in appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant, towards full and final settlement of present claim. It is agreed by the respondent /insurance company that they shall deposit the cheque of agreed amount in the name of claimants as per the proportion of the award of the learned MACT dated 01.09.2016. The amount shall be deposited within four weeks from today lest it shall carry interest @ 9% from the date of default till date of realisation. Nothing remains in the appeal.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of. Order dasti.
