In view of the order dated 13.02.2017 passed by the National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority fixing and notifying the ceiling prices in respect of Coronary Stents as specified therein, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition in case any further relief is required on the issue of availability of Coronary Stents or related issue, if any.
