1. This is a petition under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 („Act‟) seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that they have no objection to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties including claims and counter-claims. It is ordered that the arbitration shall be by a Sole Arbitrator and shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DAC‟).

3. The parties will appear before the DAC on 17th March, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps in this regard.

4. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator DAC, forthwith.
