By the present application, the petitioner complains that the officials of the NDMC are not allowing him to squat at the designated area.

Notice. Mr. Sri Harsha Peechara, learned counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Corporation accepts notice. He submits that a reading of the order dated 18th April, 2017 would show that the petitioner had agreed to adhere to the norms of the NDMC and also WP (C) No.11072/2016 Page No.1 of 2

had no objection if 3 ft. raised area is included in the total area allowed, i.e. 6 ft. which the petitioner has not honoured. 3.

Mr.Harsha, learned counsel further submits that a bench has been placed at the aforesaid area and the area which is occupied by the bench is to be included in the area of 6 ft. x 4 ft. It is agreed that the officials of the NDMC would make a demarcation by putting a yellow line so that none of the street venders would cross the designated area.
