% 01.12.2016 Crl.M.A. 18762/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.Rev.P. 782/2016 The present revision petition has been filed feeling aggrieved of the order dated 08.11.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge for not accepting the surety bond on the ground being not satisfied.

The fact remains that the petitioner was arrested in FIR No.241/2012, under Section 374/363 IPC, Police Station Hauz Khas and he was granted bail vide order dated 20.10.2012. Later on he was arrested in some other case vide FIR No.364/2016 under Section 420 IPC, Police Station Model Town and due to his non-appearance before the trial court, NBWs were issued against him. Thereafter,

after getting bail in FIR No.364/2016, the petitioner moved an application before the trial court for bail which was allowed vide order dated 06.08.2016.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is ready to furnish the fresh FDR in the sum of Rs.35,000/- before the Court below.

Let the petitioner furnish original FDR in the said amount before the learned Additional Sessions Judge for consideration. With the above observations, the present petition is disposed of. Dasti.
