BAIL APPLN. 2399/2016 (1) The petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.417/2014 under Section 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Samaipur Badli to participate in the marriage of his niece.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on BAIL APPLN. 2399/2016

record the order dated 16.11.2016 in case FIR No.145/2013 under Section 302/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park where he has been granted interim bail from 19.11.2016 to 26.11.2016 on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-. The petitioner could not avail the benefit of the interim bail because of denial of interim bail in other FIR in question.

(3) In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to participate in the marriage of his niece and to avail the benefit of order dated 16.11.2016, he is granted interim bail from 19.11.2016 to 26.11.2016 on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on the expiry of period of interim bail in compliance of the said order.

(4) The application stands disposed of.

(5) Copy of the order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
