O R D E R
% 20.12.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of complainant. As per the FIR itself, marriage of petitioner was solemnized only 11⁄2 months prior to the incident. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Complainant has alleged that she was beaten, as a result whereof her pregnancy was terminated. It is submitted that pregnancy was not terminated on account of alleged beatings. Petitioner is in custody for about two months. Investigation is over and charge-sheet has been filed. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the trial court.
