% 11.10.2017 At the outset, Mr. Kirtiman Singh does not dispute the fact that the dispute in the present writ petition is covered by the decision of the Supreme Court in Monu Tomar Vs. Union of India & Others, Civil Appeal No.10513/2016 decided on 13.07.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the decision of the Supreme Court in the aforesaid case.
