1. This is a petition seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 31.05.2018, wherein all the respondents were acquitted for offences under Sections 341/323/325/34 IPC.

2. The only reason for acquitting the respondents seems to be that the statement of PW-1 and PW-3 recording the place of incident is not clear.

3. In addition, it is also stated that the respondents had alibi in their favour.

4. Mr. Chauhan, learned APP has drawn my attention to the MLC, wherein injuries have been caused on the head and the back of the complainant and they are opined as grevious in nature.

5. The respondents were appearing in the past but now there is nobody appearing on behalf of the respondent.

6. Prima facie, the issue raised by Mr. Chauhan, learned APP needs consideration.
