By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and arrange necessary resources for his family. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 verifying that the family of the petitioner comprising of his wife and four minor children are residing at Village Baraiwa, Post Chandan Bara, Distt. East Champaran, Bihar, PS Dhaka. The brother of the petitioner is also residing in the same house however he is not supporting the family. The condition of petitioner's family is very poor. As per the nominal roll till date the petitioner has not been granted any interim suspension of sentence. Further after the conclusion of the present sentence, the sentence awarded in the complaint W.P.(CRL) 2833/2018

case initiated by DRI will also commence.

Considering the facts verified and the nominal roll, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹ 10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court further subject to the condition that the petitioner will on completion of the period of parole surrender to custody and the surety of the petitioner would keep his mobile phone in active mode so that as and when required he can be contacted. 3.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
