% 22.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the in action on the part of the statutory authorities in permitting illegal construction to be carried out at these properties, details of which find mention in prayer clause of the petition; they read as under:
(a) Property bearing No.I-162, Garhwali Mohalla, Gali No.2, Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, (b) Property bearing Nos.71/72/73, Vishwakarma Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, (c) Property bearing No.J-10A, Near Abdulla Majid, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi (d) Property bearing No.J-221, Jain Mandirwali Gali, Laxmi
Nagar, Delhi, (e) Property bearing No.S-609, Nehru Enclave, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi and (f) Property bearing No.12/412, Ek Minar Masjid in front of Jim, Lalita Park, New Delhi Learned counsel for respondent/SDMC has put in appearance. His submission is that no fresh construction is going on in any of the aforenoted properties. These properties are old and occupied. A status report dated 05.5.2016 has in fact been filed before the Public Grievance Commission. It is not in dispute that the grievance of the petitioner is yet pending before the Public Grievance Commission. This is clear before the order annexed with the petition dated 16.02.2016. This Court has been informed that the respondent is represented before the Public Grievance Commission and the date now fixed before the Public Grievance Commission is 29.12.2016.
Learned counsel for respondent submits that all action in accordance with law shall be taken in terms of the orders to be passed by the Public Grievance Commission. This statement of the respondent is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement of the respondent will be honoured in true letter and spirit. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
