1. The amount deposited in this Court by the Petitioner be released to the authorized representative of Respondent No. 1 together with the interest accrued thereon.

2. In terms of the order passed on 22nd November 2019, it will be open to the Petitioner to approach the Respondent No.1, if according to the Petitioner the payments already made are in excess of what is due. If aggrieved by any further order of the Respondent No.1, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
