% 24.07.2017 The admitted fact in this case is that the claim petition filed by the petitioner before the learned Arbitrator was for Rs.23 lacs. It is against the Award pursuant to the arbitration proceedings that the petitioner has filed the present petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Respondent has also filed a petition under section 34 of the Act which is pending before the Court of Shri Mukesh Kumar, ADJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Keeping in view the valuation of the present petition this matter will have to be heard by the concerned District Court. Accordingly, present petition is transferred to Patiala House Courts to be heard alongwith Arb.TN./307/2015 which is pending before the Court of Shri Mukesh

Kumar, ADJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, for the same purpose. Parties to appear before the said court on 9.10.2017 on which date the Arb.TN./307/2015 is listed.

Matter will be transferred accordingly. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has filed a Transfer Petition before this court and he will withdraw the same.
