% 07.03.2019 Petitioner seeks Regular Bail in FIR No.217/2008 under Sections 302/34/307/394/397 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act, Police Station Defence Colony.

Petitioner has been in custody since 30.08.2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already suffered incarceration in this FIR for over 10 years. She submits that on that ground alone the petitioner is entitled to be released on bail. She prays for time to produce the relevant judgment. At request, re-notify on 12.03.2019.
