% 28.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes and settlement dated 26.02.2019 has been recorded before the Family Court and the first motion petition was allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said settlement also settles all; past, present and future amounts for the respondent. She submits that in view of the settlement dated 26.02.2019, she does not press the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
