% 20.03.2017 It is submitted that the petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.530/2014 under Sections 323/341/342/427/308/34 IPC registered at police station Vivek Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. It is further submitted that the petitioner and respondent nos.2 & 3 are related to each other. Respondent no.3 is one of the victims. Respondent nos.2 & 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Avesh PS Vivek Vihar. Respondent nos.2 & 3 submit that matter has been settled with the petitioners by both of them of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that in view of the settlement they are not
willing to pursue the FIR any further.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 and that respondent nos.2 & 3 are not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.530/2014 under Sections 323/341/342/427/308/34 IPC registered at police station Vivek Vihar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
