% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of `1,50,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with DHCLSC within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. A sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) shall be released to appellant/claimant and the remaining amount shall be kept in fixed deposit in consonance with the impugned award.
