% 25.10.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks grant of first spell of furlough to re-establish social ties and to arrange resources for the family members. As per the Status Report, petitioner has two daughters who are residing with the petitioner's brother at Chand Bagh, Karawal Nagar, New Delhi. The address of Sangam Vihar where the petitioner claims to have a property has already been sold. The parents of the petitioner are residing at Village Dewaria, Abdullah Ganj, PS Mir Ganj, Distt. Bareilly, U.P. As per the latest Nominal Roll handed over by learned ASC for the State the petitioner has already been granted parole for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 18th June, 2018 to 30th June, 2018 after the furlough to the petitioner was rejected.

Considering the Nominal Roll, this Court finds no ground to grant W.P.(CRL) 2921/2018

furlough to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
