% 11.05.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 21st March, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 2498/2016 whereby respondent No.1-Secretary, Ministry of Human Resource, was directed to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 27th January, 2015 with regard to corruption and other irregularities in Kaliachak Bikram Kishore Adarsha Sanskrit Mahavidyalya within a period of eight weeks. Today, Mr. V. Sripathi, Under Secretary of respondent No.1 has handed over a copy of the letter dated 03rd May, 2017 whereby petitioner's representation dated 27th January, 2015 has been disposed of. The same is taken on record.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed and the notices issued are discharged.

In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision dated 03rd May, 2017, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J MAY 11, 2017 js
