% 17.07.2017 It is submitted that respondent no.3 and petitioner have settled their disputes amicably vide a Settlement Deed dated 29th April, 2017. Respondent no.3 has alleged in the FIR that her daughter was bitten by the petitioner's dog and when she told the petitioner to keep the dog in control he quarrelled with her . Respondent no.3, who is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Rajpal Singh of police station Malviya Nagar, admits that the matter has been settled with the petitioner. She says that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She says that she is not willing to pursue the FIR and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement has been arrived at between the

petitioner and respondent no. 3, inasmuch as, respondent no. 3 does not wish to pursue the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1852/15 under Sections 324/326 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
